Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas

Serves 8

2 lb of Los Angeles Salad Company Sugar Snap Peas
2 tbsp of olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste (optional)
2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley

1. Sauté the peas with 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of sesame oil, olive oil or butter.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, or with soy sauce for a change.
3. For a great presentation, sprinkle 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of chopped fresh parsley over the sugar snap peas before serving.
