Seared Sugar Snap Peas

Serves 8

Seared Sugar Snap Peas

2 lb of Los Angeles Salad Company Sugar Snap Peas
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp of chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat oil over medium-high heat, in a large skillet.
2. Toss in the sugar snap peas, making sure they are evenly coated of oil.
3. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
4. Remove from heat, and add lemon juice, fresh mint, salt and pepper. Toss to distribute evenly and serve.
